My name is Ilaria Defilippo. I am a Milan-based Interior Designer.
I do not know if I am creative, but I am very curious indeed – since I was a child I imagined how to re-design every detail of the spaces around me. Year after year my passion for design, architecture and graphics gave free rein to this profession.
My design philosophy is based on research, because, as Armando Testa once said, “Fantasy is based on knowledge”. My ultimate purpose is to tell, yet communicate ideas and stories through the design of compelling and meaningful environments.
